Pedestrian Roller Trailer
Description
The Hard Hat Equipment Hire pedestrian roller trailer is made of high strength steel. It has a unique, reinforced steel ramp designed for loading, unloading and transporting compaction equipment.

Towing a trailer can sometimes be tricky, which is why we recommend having an experienced driver making the trip. Below are a few tips to increase the safety and ease of towing a pedestrian roller trailer:
pedestrian roller trailer safety tips:
Ensure the vehicle chosen for the task of towing a few tons has got not only a tow bar, but also a powerful enough engine to do the job. While we cannot recommend the right vehicle for you, trying to tow a roller with a Ford Figo might leave you feeling hot under the collar.
Always cross the trailer chains for safety. These serve as the last resort if the tongue ever loses grip on the ball. In this case the chain could prevent the trailer from launching the pedestrian roller trailer and it’s contents into oncoming traffic. This might be less than convenient. Crossing the chains underneath the tongue adds a layer of safety.
Checking the lights as well as the plug and socket before starting your journey might also be a good idea. And it goes without saying, remember to plug it in.
Make sure the tyres are inflated to the correct pressure, and be sure there is enough tread. These are basic road safety guidelines but why not refresh your memory.
Lastly, try not to drive like a crazy person, I mean, you do have a thousand kilograms of steel trailing behind you while you rocket towards your construction site.
And as always, ask one of our experts if you are unsure of anything.
